Creating an account
When you create an account, we first ask you for your postcode to make sure that we can deliver to you - then it's really simple to add in basic details to get you up and running on the site.
Any further information required in order to get a delivery will be highlighted at the top of your basket (address and payment details).
If you think you already have an account, you can use the forgot password function on the login screen.
If you do not get a password reset button - then go ahead a create an account, it is possible that we have not moved your old account to our new system.
Your basket.
- Your items are shown in your basket - which is always visible when you are in the online shop areas - there is no separate page for your basket
- tip - if you are not sure where it is and can't see it, click on the "fruit & veg" online shop category and you will see it appear on the right and side of the screen
- on mobile devices, the basket is accessed from the button at the bottom of the screen.
- Your delivery day and time left to make changes is shown at the top of your basket
- There may be conditions that mean that your basket will not process into an order (e.g. you need a veg box, or you need to set up your payment method) - instructions will be at the top of your basket
To add an item to your basket, navigate to a shop area, and click add to basket under an item - you will then get the option to set how often you want it, and which week you want the order to start.
If you have selected a veg box, then you can click on the swap icon next to a veg box item to swap it to something else
There is no check out button - whatever is in your basket at 11pm on Tuesday will be processed into an order.
Your orders.
- Items in your basket do not appear in your orders list (on your user profile area) - they only appear in your orders area after the order deadline and the order has processed (11pm on Tuesdays)
- Orders for future weeks will appear at the bottom of your basket
